Snowfire

Snowfire has been on hardstanding for over 5 years and consequently condition of the sails rigging and electronics is questionable. What is known is that the boat is dry inside and is preserved The teak decks need to be replaced or glassed over and the mainsail is badly weathered in places. We are selling this vessel with the understanding that the Engine and generator are in running condition.

Vessel Walkthrough
In the forepeak is a crew cabin that is accessed through a large hatch and contains two single berths, over and under, with a marine head and sink. Forward from the main salon are two cabins. The starboard cabin has two single berths outboard, over and under, but the lower berth has an additional section that folds up against the inboard bulkhead that can be lowered to make a double berth. The port cabin has only one single berth outboard but can be made into a double the same as the starboard cabin. Both of these cabins has a large locker, drawers, and an ensuite head and shower.

In the main salon on the port side, there is a large settee that curves almost all the way around an octagonal dining table. There are cabinets with a shelf on top above the settee along the outboard side. Opposite and to port is the c-shaped galley which starts forward and inboard with a work surface into which are set two round stainless steel sinks where it meets the outboard side. These are followed by more work surface, then the stainless steel stove and oven with the side and top-opening refrigeration unit aft and inboard. Storage is plentiful with cabinets and drawers below the work surface and many cabinets above. Aft the galley is the navigation station with a large, forward-facing chart table and cushioned seat.

Aft of the nav station is a cabin with a double berth, storage cabinet, hanging locker and ensuite head and shower. To port, opposite the nav station and aft of the dining area there is a cabin with two single berths, over and under, and a vanity with sink. Next aft is another head and shower followed most aft by a double cabin with storage cabinet and hanging locker. Engine and generator access is available from under the companionway and on both sides as well as lifting the cockpit floor.

Remarks
With excellent performance and a sturdy build, this yacht is capable of cruising anywhere in the world. There is great versatility below with 5 cabins designed to offer flexibility in sleeping accommodations plus a forepeak crew cabin, and a thoughtfully designed salon/galley area that takes advantage of every inch of space. She is very well equipped for cruising with such items as a generator, life raft, EPIRB, MaxProp, and her array of navigation equipment is excellent. She also has a fold-down swim platform which allows clean lines when sailing yet the convenience of easy access to the water or dinghy. She is well-priced and would be an excellent choice for those looking to cruise with family and guests or for crewed charter service.
