Accommodations

The interior accommodations are palatial is size, and show the superb craftsmanship throughout!  Descending down the curved companionway steps, holding the hand carved, curved teak handrails, you find yourself in a large, open salon that has two large leather chairs, a port side Breakfast bar/ bar,  nav table. Moving forward twin berths stb and large forward double, with ample storage in the center island area, including hanging lockers, ample storage under the beds, and a stand up shower stall.  To starboard is the head with electric head and vanity, and plenty of storage for the double cabins.   Moving forward is a v-berth (crew quarters) again with ample storage and a hanging locker.

Moving aft to starboard is the dining table and banquette seating, with a clever fold down table and fold up seating from the center island that will comfortably seat 10 people.  To port is the oversized galley with electric stove, double stainless steel sinks, refrigerator freezer unit, an additional freezer, and an ice maker.  The galley has a large pass through window for serving food and drinks to the main salon.  Continuing aft is the master suite with king sized center line bed, exceptional storage on both port and starboard, and full sized head with electric head and tub with shower.  The port lights in the stern give this stateroom exceptional light, and the oversizded overhead hatch give excellent ventilation.

The vessel is cooled by two air conditioning units, and the 10.5 KW Kohler generator is more than adequate to keep all the electrical systems working perfectly.

Tankage

All tanks were completely removed and replaced with new tanks in 2006:

Fuel:  300 Gallons

Water: 350 Gallons

Holding: 80 Gallons

Engines

The Perkins Sabre 160 HP diesel was completely rebuilt in Virgin Gorda in 2014, and has less than 250 hours.

The Kohler 10.5 KW generator has a 2-cylinder engine with less than 100 hours on it.

The teak decks are in need of refitting/ replacement; however, the price reflects the present condition and is helped by the willingness of the owner who has now retired from the rigors of the Caribbean. It compares well with other vessels listing $150,000- $200,000.
